Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise we cannot cancel or refund an order. Please contact us at email@example.com to cancel within the 24 hour order window.
We currently ship to the US only. Most items take 14-25 business days once it has left the warehouse depending on the destination. We ship most items direct from our warehouse in China, this way we can keep our prices low and pass the savings on to you!
Shipping is only $2 for orders under $50 and FREE for orders over $50
We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time due to our direct shipping from overseas.
Lost or missing orders - Please contact us if your order was not received, we will look into any missing orders with USPS immediately. Orders can only be deemed lost or missing after 60 days from the ship date have passed.
We have a 90 day window after an order is placed to contact us regarding lost orders. Once 90 days have passed, we can only offer a store credit for the missing orders. Please contact us immediately if an order was not received.
Refunds for items with an incorrect address or "return to sender" are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please contact us if a shipping address was input incorrectly so we can update information before shipping it out.

Dashing Baby will gladly return unworn items with tags attached and issue a store credit for returned items.
Our policy lasts 7 days once you have received your item(s). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start your return process.
We must receive your returned items within 10 days from that to process your return in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as we will not be able to accept your return or refund the purchase.
