Dashing Baby will gladly return unworn items with tags attached and issue a store credit for returned items.
Our policy lasts 7 days once you have received your item(s). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start your return process.
We must receive your returned items within 10 days from that to process your return in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as we will not be able to accept your return or refund the purchase.
Refunds for items with an incorrect address or "return to sender" are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please contact us if a shipping address was input incorrectly, so we can update the order before shipping out.
We cannot offer a return if the item is not in its original condition with tags, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive credit in the form of an electronic gift card for the amount paid (minus shipping). This usually takes around 7-10 business days.
Shoes, hats and accessories are final sale and nonreturnable.

If you are returning an item(s) over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
